Centered Consult
It is not one appointment. Send us everything you have: prior labs, imaging, notes, medications, family history. Your physician reads all of it before you meet, and you sit down together, unhurried, for the first consultation.
Then the work happens in between. Your physician analyses your record against current evidence, consults specialists where a question calls for it, and reviews any results that come back. You meet a second time to go through what it shows, and you leave with a written recommendation you keep, whatever you decide next.

If you join, the full $3,000 applies toward your membership.
Membership fees are not billed through insurance. Fifteen of the tests included in membership are ordered for you and billed to your plan; coverage depends on your plan and the clinical indication, and your care team will tell you before ordering anything that may not be covered. The monthly fee exceeds the 2026 IRS limit of $150 for direct primary care, which may affect HSA contribution eligibility; ask a tax adviser.
